Heres a great whole body workout when you have little time and want a great workout. One of my favorites.
Can be done anywhere. outside, hotel room, the beach, even in a big truck if your a truck driver.
Tabata is a series of 8 excersizes.
20 seconds work,
10 seconds rest.
total 4 minutes
ok do the 8 exersizes 3 times with 30 second rest after the 8 excersizes
for a total of 14 minutes.
pushup
squats
pullups
lunges
inverted pushups
jump squats
pushup/ with arm raise
mountain climbers
My favorite to do on the truck is suspended pullups..
Use top bunkto pull up. put feet against back wall on lowerbunk
these excersises will get your metabolism in high gear. And you'll feel like you just got out of the gym.
Remember drink lots of water and stay hydrated.
